• Gentle hand wash recommended using soft brush & mild detergent
• Avoid abrasives, chemical solvents, and extreme temperatures
• Natural pigment fading may occur in high-flex areas over time - a testament to your sneakers' unique journey
• Cure the customization fully by allowing 10-14 days settling period post-delivery before wear

Quality Commitment
All designs undergo 3-stage inspection before shipping. Once customization commences, orders become non-refundable as materials are specifically procured for your project. We strongly recommend reviewing your design specifications during the 24-hour confirmation window post-payment.
